“Holiday Decor” is always optional… with or without a tree (tree decor 2010 will be all shells and beach theme), Windswept can be decked out with sparkly glamor in mind… the front garden is very festive with white lights, it is a one of a kind holiday!

Rates include 11% tourist tax, one golf cart (unless specified), cleaning fee is included (yet basic clean-up is required for tenant prior to departure), and use of the NCIC’s guest amenities. We should be able to arrange for you to add an extra 4 seat golf cart to your rental at Windswept for $200 (plus tax) or an additional 6 seat golf cart for $400 (plus tax) if needed. Only licensed drivers over the age of 16 are allowed to drive golf carts on the island. (Discounted rate quotes are valid for bookings/reservations made within 5 days of offer). Discounted rates do not leave room for any travel agent referral fees. Our required damage deposit is $375 (in addition to the total rents) and will be refunded to you within 15 days after departure. We also require a deposit of 25% of the total due at booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. All rents are paid in US Dollars, international bank wire fee $18 per transaction. Maximum Occupancy 12 people with owner permission. No Smoking. No Pets. Dock Slips are available at a fee of $35 per day. We strongly encourage ALL guests to purchase trip/travel insurance to safegaurd their journey and vacation investment. Any booking made within a 30 day window prior to arrival must be paid in full at booking via Pay Pal or bank wire.

North Captiva beaches will be oil and tar ball free during your stay. If the vacation is disrupted, a 100 percent refund for unused nights will be provided. The refund includes house rent for unused nights, reservation fee, and taxes.
