Owner reserves the right to charge additional fee for groups over 12 persons, over and above any advertised rate or special. Guests renting Windswept as part of a multiple house group on the island are not permitted and will be considered a guest initiated cancellation, if occupancy is over the limit. No Smoking. No Pets.
